We're a small studio that builds and runs its own products. We also step in for a handful of founders who need a real operator, not a consultant.
We pick problems we understand, build software people pay for, and run it ourselves. That's the whole model. The advisory is what happens when founders want someone who's actually operated businesses - not just consulted on operating one.

Holidock keeps track of staff leave and public holidays for Hong Kong businesses. It applies Hong Kong's statutory leave and rest-day rules automatically, so managers stop working out entitlements by hand in a spreadsheet. Built first for a Hong Kong bakery's own staff, now used by other small businesses too.
