We're a small studio that builds and runs its own products. We also step in for a handful of founders who need a real operator, not a consultant.
We pick problems we understand, build software people pay for, and run it ourselves. That's the whole model. The advisory is what happens when founders want someone who's actually operated businesses - not just consulted on operating one.
